The ingredients

The purchasing of ingredients is done directly from the farm or market. There is a scheduled weekly delivery directly to our factory.
The dry ingredients are classified and stored in a place at room temperature.
Fresh produce, such as eggs, vegetables and fruits are stored in a refrigerator.
Frozen produce, such as chicken, beef, horse meat, and turkey, are kept in the freezer.

During the preparation of the recipes, the frozen food is thawed halfway.
Each food is weighed.
Then they go through a grinder.

After that, the recipe mixes are made.
The preparations are then molded into pâtés, weighed, packaged and frozen

Delivery

We make daily deliveries for direct customers and weekly for retailers. The transport is done in our small mobile freezer.
